- Refund Policy: Due to the high demand for this all-inclusive retreat—covering room, meals, materials, and more—we do not offer refunds.
- Financial Assistance: We are deeply grateful for the generous donations that make the Nurture Retreat more accessible. While our cost per participant exceeds $1,400, these contributions allow us to offer significantly reduced registration fees. If financial hardship is a concern, additional scholarships are available to ensure everyone has the opportunity to attend.

Retreat FAQs
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Our Arrive and Unwind Open House begins at 3:30, dinner starts at 6:00 PM and our first retreat session will start at 7:00 PM. All times are Eastern Standard Time.
Our final retreat session ends Friday at noon.
The retreat is a full immersion experience, and the primary purpose is for you to unplug completely to connect with God. We love family, but this is not family time. There are no accommodations for childcare.
Bring your authentic self and your Bible. Pack casual and comfortable clothes. The mountains in the summer are warm during the day but can get a tad cool at night. If you like to hike, bring clothes and shoes for hiking.
The Cove does not allow animals on the property.
We recommend preparing for the Treasured Tribe Retreat in two ways: pray and prepare to pull away from life’s demands. The retreat is designed for a time of discovery by letting go of life’s noisy pressures so you can hear what God has to say to you. Praying and practically taking measures, such as turning off your phone during the retreat, will significantly enhance your experience.
Make reservations to fly into the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), located twenty minutes from the Cove.
Treasured Ministries does not provide transportation to and from the airport. Retreat participants are responsible for finding transportation. Asheville Taxi Co. is a great option; you can contact them directly at 1 (828) 333-1976 or visit their website at https://www.avltaxi.com/. There are plenty of transportation options from the airport, including taxis and Uber.
Thanks to our generous donors, every retreat registration is offered at a reduced cost. If you are experiencing financial hardship and would like to apply for additional scholarship funding, please fill out the scholarship form.

- Applications are reviewed by an outside committee. Aliene Thompson, the Treasured Tribe Leadership Team and the Treasured Ministries Staff are not a part of the scholarship committee.

No, Treasured Ministries is not responsible for changed or altered travel plans.
We ask that you attend the entirety of the retreat so that you can receive the most out of the time and out of respect to other ladies attending.
No, the Cove does not provide laundry facilities.
Mercy, yes! Aliene’s life mission to empower women to live in the freedom of God dependency through biblical truth flows through the fabric of every message she teaches.
No, if you’d like to come early or stay later to explore Asheville, you’ll need to secure your own lodging. The Cove is a retreat center, not a hotel, so additional days cannot be accommodated.
Yes, the yummy meals at the Cove offer a variety of allergy-free food options. We do ask that you let us know of any allergies you have in advance.
While filling out your registration form, you will need your Country Code in addition to your postal code. For attendees residing in the United States, you will include the number 1 (one) for Country Code.
